Many California Sheriffs and Police Chiefs would not enforce mask, stay at home and quarantine orders.
This bill would instead require those sheriffs and peace officers to enforce those orders. By expanding the duties of local law enforcement, this bill would create a state-mandated local program. The bill would additionally prohibit state funds from being provided to any law enforcement agency that publicly announces that they will oppose, or adopts a policy to oppose, a public health order.

Wouldn't want the people to think their voice matters. After watching these legislative criminals disregard mass public outcry in favor of corporate figure heads claiming they represent thousands and being given hours to sell their wears while the people are permitted to give their names, affiliation and a yeah or nay on these legislative proceedings, Dave Cortese thinks that anyone operating outside of the legislative parameters for proper submissiveness should be expelled from the People's house.
